Valentine's Dinner for Two Competition - Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility:

1.1 The Valentine's Dinner for Two Competition ("the Competition") is open to residents of South Africa aged 18 years or over, excluding employees of [Your Company Name] and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organization or judging of the competition.

 

2. How to Enter:

2.1 Entry into the Competition is via social media only. Participants must follow @Jucefragrances, like the competition post, and comment, tag someone special you’d love to share this experience with and if shared on Instagram Stories you receive a bonus entry.

 

3. Prize Details:

3.1 The competition will have two winners, each receiving a dinner for two in either Cape Town or Johannesburg.
3.2 The prize includes dinner at the specified restaurant in the respective city at a predetermined time, which will be communicated directly to the winners.
3.3 The prize does not cover any additional expenses, transportation, or accommodation.

 

4. Competition Period:

4.1 The Competition opens on 7th of February, 2024 and closes on 12th of February, 2024. Entries received after this date will not be considered.

 

5. Winner Selection:

5.1 Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
5.2 The winners will be announced on 12th of February, 2024 via Juce Fragrances Social Media Accounts.
5.3 The winners will be contacted directly through social media. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 1 day of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

 

6. Restrictions:

6.1 Entrants must be 18 years or older.
6.2 The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.

 

7. Publicity:

7.1 By entering the Competition, participants agree to the use of their name and image in any publicity material.

 

8. Data Protection:

8.1 Any personal information provided by entrants will be used solely for the purpose of this competition and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant's prior consent.

 

9. General Conditions:

9.1 Juce Fragrances reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God, or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation.

 

10. Governing Law:

10.1 The Competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by South African law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.

By entering the Competition, participants indicate their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
