Immerse Yourself Competition - Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility:

   1.1 Win A Year’s Suppy of Juce Fragrances ("the Competition") is open to residents of South Africa aged 18 years or over, excluding employees of Juce Fragrances (Pty) Ltd and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organization or judging of the competition.

2. How to Enter:

   2.1 Entry into the Competition is via sign up form only media. Participants must sign up to the competition via the sign up form and enter in all necessary information outlined on the competition sign up form.

3. Prize Details:

   3.1 The competition will have one winner, receiving a year’s supply of Juce Fragrances.

   3.2 The prize consists of 12 fragrances (one fragrance per month)

   3.3 The prize does not cover any additional expenses, transportation, or accommodation.

4. Competition Period:

   4.1 The Competition opens on 24 August 2024 and closes on 30 September 2024. Entries received after this date will not be considered.

5. Winner Selection:

   5.1 Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries.

   5.2 The winners will be announced by the 31 October 2024 via the Juce Fragrances Social Media Accounts.

   5.3 The winners will be contacted directly through email or their phone number. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 7 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

6. Restrictions:

   6.1 Entrants must be 18 years or older.

   6.2 The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.

7. Publicity:

   7.1 By entering the Competition, participants agree to the use of their name and image in any publicity material.

8. Data Protection:

   8.1 Any personal information provided by entrants will be used for the purpose of this competition and for the purpose of marketing.

   8.2  By providing your contact information and engaging with our services, you consent to receive marketing communications from us. These communications may include promotional offers, newsletters, updates on products or services, event invitations, and other relevant information. You can unsubscribe from these communications at any time by following the instructions provided in the messages or by contacting us directly. Your privacy is important to us, and we will not share your information with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. 9. General Conditions:

  9.1 Juce Fragrances reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God, or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation.

10. Governing Law:

   10.1 The Competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by South African law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.

By entering the Competition, participants indicate their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
