1. The Promoter This promotion is run by Juce Fragrances (Pty) Ltd ("JUCE", "we", "us", or "our").
2. Promotional Period The promotion runs strictly across the following two periods:
Period 1: From 12:00 PM (SAST) on 3 February until 23:59 (SAST) on 14 February.
Period 2: From 11:30 AM (SAST) on 25 February until 23:59 (SAST) on 28 February. Any purchases, abandoned carts, or checkouts attempted outside of these specified dates and times will not qualify for the discount.
3. Platform Exclusivity and Exclusions
This offer is strictly exclusive to purchases made directly on the official JUCE e-commerce website (www.juce.co.za).
Retailer Exclusions: The promotion is not valid for online or in-store purchases made through any third-party retailers or stockists. This includes, but is not limited to, We Are EGG, Beauty on TApp, Superbalist, Takealot, or Amazon.
4. Product Eligibility and Participant Restrictions
Size Restriction: The promotion applies exclusively to full-size 50ML fragrances. Other sizes, gift sets, separately purchased 3ml samples, accessories, or non-fragrance products are entirely excluded from this offer.
Right to Refuse: In accordance with our general Terms of Service, JUCE reserves the right to refuse any order. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order if we suspect they are placed for commercial resale or wholesale purposes.
5. The Promotional Offer and Cart Logic
Customers who purchase qualifying 50ML fragrances in a single transaction will receive a 40% discount on the cheaper fragrance.
Cart Multiples: The discount scales within the same cart. For every two (2) qualifying 50ML fragrances added to the cart, the cheapest of that specific pair will be discounted by 40%.
Odd Numbers: Where an odd number of qualifying items is purchased (e.g., three or five bottles), the 40% discount will systematically apply to the absolute lowest-priced qualifying item(s) in the entire cart.
This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount codes, affiliate links, or promotional vouchers.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Promotional discounts do not apply to shipping rates.
Free Shipping Threshold: Free shipping will only apply if the final cart total strictly exceeds R770 after the 40% promotional discount has been deducted. If the post-discount total falls below R770, standard shipping rates will apply.
Failed Delivery: As per our general Terms of Service, if a package is not successfully delivered due to your unavailability, we reserve the right to deduct the cost of the failed delivery from any refund owed, which will be issued exclusively as store credit.
7. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges (Final Sale)
Strictly No Returns: In accordance with Section 8 of the JUCE Terms of Service, all items purchased at a reduced rate or on sale are considered final sale. Products purchased under this Valentine's Day Promotion cannot be returned for a cash refund, store credit, or exchanged, regardless of the circumstances.
Exclusion from Hassle-Free Exchanges: While standard JUCE 50ML fragrances include a 3ml sample for testing under our Hassle-Free Exchange program, promotional and discounted products are explicitly excluded from this program. Opening or testing the complimentary 3ml sample does not grant the right to exchange or return the 50ML promotional items.
8. Inventory Errors and Stock Availability
The offer is strictly subject to the availability of stock. JUCE reserves the right to end the promotion early if stock runs out.
Post-Checkout Inventory Errors: In the unlikely event of an inventory system error where a successfully purchased item is discovered to be out of stock, JUCE will promptly notify the customer. At JUCE's discretion, or by mutual agreement with the customer, JUCE will either issue a full refund for the unavailable item or place the item on backorder to be fulfilled at the original promotional price once stock is replenished.
9. Technical Failures and General Terms
The 40% discount must successfully apply in the cart at the time of final checkout. JUCE is not liable for any technical failures, network drops, or abandoned carts that are processed after the promotional periods have ended.

JUCE reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions or withdraw the promotion at any time, provided such changes are lawful and communicated on the juce.co.za website.
