How it works

You write it
Pick an amount, say something worth reading, and choose the day it should land.

It arrives by email
On your day, with your message and a code. Nothing ships, so nothing can go missing in a courier network.

They choose
The code comes off anything in the store. If they are not sure where to start, Jennie will ask them three questions and narrow it down.
Already have a card?
Check what is left on it. You need the code from the email.

Find the code
It is in the email the card arrived in, under the amount. Sixteen characters, in groups of four.

Paste it at checkout
Fill your cart as usual. At checkout, put the code in the Discount code or gift card box and apply it - the total comes down straight away.

The change stays on it
You do not have to spend it all at once. Whatever is left stays on the same code for next time, and if your order comes to more than the card, the rest goes on your own card at checkout.
JUCE gift cards do not expire. Lost the email? support@juce.co.za can resend it to the address it went to.
