If something looks wrong
Nothing has moved in days
Parcels sit still over weekends and public holidays, and a scan can lag the parcel by a day. If it has been quiet for three working days, we will chase the courier for you.
It says delivered and it is not here
Check with whoever else is at the address and look for a card in the door. Still missing? Tell us within 48 hours and we will take it up with the courier and put it right.
Wrong or damaged
Send it back or swap it. Sealed 50ml bottles come back within 30 days, and anything that arrived damaged is on us either way, whatever the date.
