We cannot be held responsible for non-delivery or misdelivery due to incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by you. If an order is accepted at the provided address by someone other than the named recipient, the order is considered delivered, and we will not be responsible for any loss or damage resulting from such acceptance.
In the event that a package is not successfully delivered due to issues not within our control, including but not limited to your unavailability to accept the delivery, we reserve the right to deduct the cost of this failed delivery from any refund owed to you. Any such refund will be issued as store credit.

All items sold at reduced rates or on sale are considered final. These items cannot be returned for a refund or exchanged, regardless of the circumstances. By purchasing items that are on sale or at a reduced rate, you agree to this condition.

Store credit earned through rewards and promotions, including but not limited to the 3% return in credit promotion and product reviews, will expire one year from the date of issuance. In contrast, store credit earned from returns, refunds, exchanges, or for any other reasons not related to promotions, marketing, or sales will expire three years from the date of issuance.
