By participating in the Affiliate Programme provided by Juce Fragrances (Pty) Ltd, registration number: 2022 / 584154 / 07 ("Juce"), a South African company, you ("the Affiliate") accept and agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. This agreement is entered into under the laws of South Africa and is governed by the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002, the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 and any other relevant South African laws and regulations.
1.1 The Affiliate Programme is provided by a third-party software provider, Uppromote. The Affiliate must agree to their terms and conditions, which can be found at https://www.secomapp.com/terms-conditions/.
1.2 By registering for the Affiliate Programme, you agree to promote Juce products and services in accordance with the rules of the Guide, which will be provided upon registration. Any violation of these rules may result in termination of your Affiliate account and prevention from future interaction with Juce, and such termination shall be in the sole discretion of Juce and no correspondence shall be entered into.
1.3 The Affiliate is responsible for providing truthful, accurate information about Juce products and services, not bringing Juce into disrepute, not defaming or harming the reputation of Juce and not discouraging any other person from purchasing Juce products, while ensuring compliance with the Consumer Protection Act and other relevant advertising laws.
1.4 The Affiliate may only use provided assets for promotional and advertising purposes for Juce. Any other use is prohibited.
2.1 Payments will be processed at the end of each month, and will be paid 7 days in arrears, this ensures that no commission will be paid on any product that is still within its cash refund window. If the last day of the month is a public holiday or falls on a weekend, payment will be processed on the next business banking day.
2.2 The Affiliate is responsible for providing accurate bank account details. Juce will not be responsible for any payments made to incorrect bank accounts provided by the Affiliate.
2.3 The Affiliate must keep personal and company details up-to-date for the issuance of VAT invoices (if applicable).
2.4 The Affiliate is responsible for any tax obligations arising from income generated under this Affiliate Programme, and must keep their own tax affairs in order.
2.5 In the event that a referred order is returned or canceled, the Affiliate's commission will be reversed.
2.6 If the Affiliate does not provide their bank details before the monthly payment run, payment will be postponed until the following month's payment run.
2.7 The guide on the dashboard, once logged in, will show in detail the conditions on which commissions will be paid out under the particular program.
3.1 Each Affiliate is provided with a unique affiliate link and coupon code for the tracking of sales. Juce uses third-party software for this service and will not be responsible for any inaccuracies in the tracking of sales.
3.2 The Affiliate understands that the Affiliate Programme may experience downtime and agrees to forfeit any commissions that were not recorded during this period.
4.1 The Affiliate agrees to keep all communications and legal documents confidential between the Affiliate and Juce.
4.2 The Affiliate agrees not to harm Juce's reputation, and in doing so may be held personally liable for any resulting consequences.
5.0 TERMINATION
5.1 Juce reserves the right to approve or reject any Affiliate Programme Registration at its discretion.
5.2 If an Affiliate wishes to be removed from the Affiliate Programme, they may do so by contacting: support@juce.co.za.
6.0 AGREEMENT
6.1 By participating in the Programme, the Affiliate agrees to these Terms and Conditions. If the Affiliate does not agree, they are not authorized to register or participate in the Programme.
7.0 VARIATION
7.1 Juce may, in its sole discretion, change or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. It is the Affiliate's responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.
