2.1 Age Requirement Participants must be 18 years or older at the time of entry to participate in the Game and be eligible for prizes.
2.2 Residency The Game and associated competitions are open only to legal residents of the Republic of South Africa.
2.3 Exclusions Disqualified Persons: The following individuals are not eligible to participate in the competitions or claim any prizes:
Employees, directors, agents, consultants, and representatives of Juce Fragrances and its holding or subsidiary companies.
Advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers, and any other company involved in the Game.
Immediate family members (spouse, life partner, parent, child, sibling) of the above individuals.
2.4 Account Registration
Mandatory Registration: A valid JUCE account is required to access and play the Game.
Agreement to Policies: By creating an account, you agree to comply with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, which are incorporated herein by reference.
3.1 Gameplay Overview The Game is a platform runner featuring a JUCE fragrance bottle character. Players navigate across randomly generated platforms, collecting tokens and objects to accumulate points while avoiding obstacles.
3.2 Fair Play & Technical Integrity
No Cheating: Participants must play fairly and may not use any unauthorized methods, bots, cheats, mods, or any other third-party tools that interfere with or manipulate the Game's mechanics, scoring system, or outcomes.
Technical Errors: Scores achieved due to technical glitches, bugs, internet connectivity issues, or game malfunctions will be deemed void. Juce Fragrances reserves the right to reset scores or disqualify players exploiting such errors to ensure a fair competition.
One Account per Person: Only one account per person is allowed. Creating multiple accounts to participate in the Game is prohibited.
3.3 Score Submission and Leaderboards
Automatic Submission: Scores are automatically submitted upon the end of each game session.
Public Display: Your first name or the first four letters of the email address associated with your profile will be displayed publicly on the leaderboards during gameplay.
Accuracy of Information: You are responsible for ensuring that the information associated with your account is accurate and up to date.
3.4 No Fee Charged Participation in the Game is free, and no purchase or payment is required to enter or win any prize.
3.5 Black Friday Early Access Exclusivity Exclusive Access: Access to the Juce Fragrances "Black Friday Early Access" sale period is strictly reserved for users who have registered a valid JUCE account or participated in the Game. Users without a registered account or game history will not be granted entry to the Early Access sales event.
4.1 Ranking Competition (Leaderboard Prizes) Duration: The Ranking Competition runs from 18 November 2025 until 23:59 on 27 November 2025. Prize Issuance: All Ranking Competition prizes (including discount codes and the Rank 1 redemption code) will be issued via email from 00:01 on 28 November 2025.
Prize Structure: Winners are determined based on their final ranking on the global leaderboard at the close of the competition.
Tie-Breaker: In the event of a tie in scores between participants, the participant who achieved the score first chronologically (based on the server timestamp) will be ranked higher.
RANK 1: Year’s Supply of JUCE
Prize Definition: The participant ranked 1st will receive a "Year’s Supply of JUCE," defined strictly as twelve (12) x 50ml Eau de Parfum fragrances of their choice (subject to stock availability).
Redemption Method: The winner will be issued a unique, single-use redemption code via email. This code will allow the winner to order the 12 fragrances via the Website, with all costs (including the product cost and shipping fees) fully covered by JUCE.
Discount Entitlement: The Rank 1 winner retains access to the standard site-wide Black Friday discount (20%) in addition to receiving their Year's Supply prize.

RANKS 6–10: 40% Discount Code
RANKS 11–50: 35% Discount Code
RANKS 51–100: 30% Discount Code
RANKS 101–200: 25% Discount Code
RANKS 201–300: 22.5% Discount Code
4.2 Discount Terms & Conditions
Replacement of Standard Offer: For winners ranked 2nd to 300th, the prize discount earned in this Game replaces the standard 20% Black Friday discount.
Best Offer Guarantee: The discount earned via the Game is guaranteed to be the best offer available to the winner during the promotional period (higher than the standard 20%).
Non-Stackable: Discount codes awarded as prizes are not stackable with other promotions. For the avoidance of doubt, a winner cannot apply the standard 20% Black Friday discount on top of their prize discount.
Validity Period: Prize discount codes are valid and redeemable strictly from 00:01 on 28 November 2025 until 23:59 on 1 December 2025. Codes unused by the end of this period will be forfeited.
4.3 Prize Conditions (General)
Stock Availability: Prize fulfillment (including the selection of fragrances for the Year's Supply) is strictly subject to stock availability at the time of the claim. If a specific fragrance is out of stock, the winner will be required to select an alternative available fragrance.
Returns: Prizes awarded are final. No returns or exchanges will be accepted for prize items once delivered, except where the goods are found to be defective upon arrival in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.
Non-Transferable: Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged, substituted, or redeemed for cash.
Taxes: Winners are solely responsible for any taxes associated with the receipt of a prize.
4.4 Winner Notification and Acceptance
Notification: Winners will be contacted via the email address associated with their JUCE account on 28 November 2025.
Response/Claim Deadline: The Rank 1 winner must use their redemption code (or respond to the notification to facilitate the claim) by no later than 23:59 on 1 December 2025. Failure to claim the prize by this deadline will result in forfeiture.
Verification: Winners may be required to provide proof of identity (South African ID, driver's license, or passport).
4.5 Public Announcement of Winners Only the name of the Grand Prize winner (Rank 1) will be publicly announced on our Website or social media platforms. By accepting the Grand Prize, the winner consents to Juce Fragrances using their first name and prize details for promotional purposes.
5.1 Eligibility for Delivery Only participants with valid physical addresses within South Africa reachable by our courier network or Pargo pickup points are eligible for physical delivery (relevant to the Rank 1 Winner).
5.2 Delivery Process
Cost: Reasonable delivery costs within South Africa will be covered by Juce Fragrances.
Risk of Loss: Once dispatched, Juce Fragrances is not responsible for loss or damage during transit.
A copy of these Terms and Conditions will be made available upon request at no charge.
7.1 Internal Resolution Any complaints or queries should be directed to support@juce.co.za. 7.2 External Resolution If a dispute cannot be resolved internally, participants may seek resolution through the National Consumer Commission (NCC).
8.1 Prohibited Activities: Participants may not (and may not attempt to) interfere with the Game's operation, circumvent security measures, gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts, reverse engineer the Game, introduce any malware or harmful code, harass other users, or use the Game for any unlawful or prohibited purpose. Any breach of this clause may result in immediate disqualification and termination of the user's account.
9.1 Assumption of Risk Participation in the Game is at your own risk.
9.2 Exclusion of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Juce Fragrances (including its directors, employees, and agents) shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, losses, or expenses arising from your participation in the Game, technical malfunctions, or any (non-defective) prize awarded, save where such damages or losses arise from the gross negligence of Juce Fragrances or its employees.
9.3 Indemnification Participants agree to indemnify and hold Juce Fragrances harmless from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of their breach of these Terms or misuse of the Game.
10.1 Compliance with POPIA Juce Fragrances is committed to protecting your personal information in compliance with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 ("POPIA"). Personal information collected will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
All intellectual property rights in the Game and the Website belong to Juce Fragrances. Participants are granted a limited license for personal entertainment purposes only.
Juce Fragrances reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or website notice.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Participants consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.
