We Are Egg Black Friday Competition - Terms and Conditions

Eligibility:

1.1 The “Win a Year’s Supply of JUCE Fragrances” competition (“the Competition”) is open to residents of South Africa aged 18 years and older, excluding employees of JUCE Fragrances (Pty) Ltd, their immediate family members, and anyone otherwise connected to the organization or the administration of the competition.

How to Enter:

2.1 To enter the Competition, participants must scan the designated QR code and complete the sign-up form with all required information.

Prize Details:

3.1 The prize consists of a year’s supply of JUCE Fragrances, awarded to a single winner.

3.2 The prize includes 12 fragrances, with one fragrance provided each month for one year.

3.3 This prize does not cover any additional expenses, including transportation or accommodation.

Competition Period:

4.1 The Competition runs from 1 November 2024 to 30 November 2024. Entries received after this period will not be considered.

Winner Selection:

5.1 The winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries.

5.2 The winner will be announced between 1 January 2025 and 31 January 2025 on JUCE Fragrances’ social media channels.

5.3 The winner will be notified directly via email or phone. If the winner does not respond within seven days of notification, JUCE Fragrances reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

Restrictions:

6.1 Entrants must be 18 years or older.

6.2 The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.

Publicity:

7.1 By entering the Competition, participants agree to the use of their name and image for publicity purposes.

Data Protection:

8.1 Personal information collected from entrants will be used solely for the purposes of this competition and for marketing communications from JUCE Fragrances.

8.2 By entering, participants consent to receive marketing updates, including promotional offers and product information. Participants can unsubscribe from these communications at any time. General Conditions:

9.1 JUCE Fragrances reserves the right to cancel or amend the Competition and these Terms and Conditions without notice in the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters, war, civil unrest, or changes in legislation.

Governing Law:

10.1 The Competition and these Terms and Conditions are governed by South African law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.

By participating in the Competition, entrants agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
