30 days for store credit or a swap. A sealed, unused bottle in its original packaging comes back for credit at what you paid, or swaps for another scent while stock lasts. On a swap the courier back to us is free, for everyone.

14 days for cash back. A completely unopened bottle can be paid back to your bank account instead, less the R125 return fee, and it lands 7 to 14 days after it reaches us.

The seal is the line. Once a bottle has been sprayed we cannot resell it, so it stays with you. A 10ml does not ship with a 3ml tester of its own, so sealed is the only test there is - sealed it comes back for credit or a swap, opened it does not. A bundle goes back as a pair, both bottles sealed. Sale and discounted items are in on the same terms as everything else, and your free 3ml tester is yours to keep either way.

Damaged or wrong on our side? Send us photos, whatever the date, and it is on us - a fault is not held to the change-of-mind window. Credit, a different scent or your money back, you choose which. It is also the one time a bundle splits: if only one of the two bottles is damaged, that one comes back on its own.
